For In-Stock Items, order will be processed and dispatched within 1 week of receiving your order.
For Pre-Order Items, our clothing is usually low in stock as each piece will only have limited quantity. Pre-order items will be shipped when the stock is available. It might take up to 1-3 weeks for the stock to be available. Please note that restocking time will vary by different brands. Please reach out to us at contact@yunzz.style for more details if there is any concern.
For Made-to-Order Items, it can take up to 2-4 weeks to manufacture the order. Made-to-order items will usually take longer time to receive it, but the wait is well worth it. Each piece is carefully handcrafted and customized for you, resulting in a truly one-of-a-kind item that speaks to your individuality.

Standard Shipping: Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days for delivery after dispatch. Delivery times may vary based on the destination.

Exceptions: Please note that during U.S. public holidays, busy periods, promotional events, and sales, dispatch times may be delayed. Delivery times may also vary depending on the destination.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you. Use this tracking number to check the delivery status and location of your package.
If you do not receive your tracking details, please contact our team directly at contact@yunzz.style.

You may request changes to your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed. This includes cancelling the order (in whole or part), updating the shipping address, or adding, removing, or replacing items. Please contact our Customer Service Team within this 2-hour window at contact@yunzz.style, including the details of your request. After 2 hours or once the order enters the "Processing" stage, cancellations or changes cannot be made.

For international shipping, YUNZZ is not responsible for any taxes, customs, and duties applied to your order. You are responsible for all customs, import duties, and taxes for your purchase. These fees do not include the shipping fee.
