To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please familiarize yourself with our Returns & Refunds policy.
Returns & Refunds
- YUNZZ supports returns and refunds FOR AND ONLY FOR defected/faulty items within 7 days of receiving your item. Item must remain in original condition. We reserve the right to refuse the refunds if the above condition is not met. Once we completed quality inspection and accept the return, you will be emailed with next steps to get a refund.
- YUNZZ refunds automatically if the item is found to be out-of-stock/no longer available while processing the order.
Exchanges
- You may exchange the item to a different size at your own cost within 7 days of your delivery date. Items are only eligible for one time exchange. Item must remain in original condition. We reserve the right to refuse the exchange if the above condition is not met. Once we have received and processed your exchange, we will ship the exchanged item(s).
Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items
- Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return/exchange under any circumstances.
Return/Exchange process:
If you wish to return or exchange your item(s), please contact us first at contact@yunzz.style to initiate the process.
Note: Please do not send the item back without contacting us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/exchange will not be accepted and will be returned back to the sender.
Step 1: Confirm Eligibility
Please send an email with your order number, information about the item(s) to be returned/exchanged, along with photo evidences to show the item(s) have not being worn and used. All tags needs to be attached and the original packaging needs to be included. Your request will be reviewed within 2 business days.
Step 2: Packaging and shipping
Once your request is approved, you will receive an email with the next step instruction.
- You are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us. Please Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documents.
- Once you have the shipping label, please email us with the tracking number and we will update it in our system. You will receive an email notification once we received the item(s).
For international shipping, please note that you are responsible for any customs duty or import fees incurred during the return shipping process.
We are not responsible for items returned to us that are lost, misdirected or delivered late by a carrier of your choice.
Processing Time & Original Payment Method
- Once we complete the quality inspection, refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item if the returned item satisfied the conditions for return mentioned above.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers
Order changes and cancellations
- You may request changes to your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed. This includes cancelling the order (in whole or part), updating the shipping address, or adding, removing, or replacing items. Please contact our Customer Service Team within this 2-hour window at contact@yunzz.style, including the details of your request. After 2 hours or once the order enters the "Processing" stage, cancellations or changes cannot be made.
- Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
Damaged/Incorrect Items
- Please note that we are unable to accept returns for items damaged due to personal use. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions
- Frequent Returns
Excessive returns of item in a short period of time or returning products that do not meet the return conditions could lead to future order rejections.
